Invention Musuem

FP fifth graders created a museum in the old library. Each student created an invention. Room 109 visited the Musuem and talked with each inventor about their creations. 

Japan Presentation

Ms. Martin came back and presented on Japan. The students were fascinated with the chopsticks and cherry blossoms. 

School Garden

Today volunteers from Aetna came to help Flynn Park gets it's garden going. It looks amazing! Please come by and see for yourself. 

My Sweet Surprise

My students have been working on a surprise this week. I knew they were up to something but they begged me not to look. Although it was difficult, I didn't peek. Here's what I was greeted with this morning.

Storytelling Festival

Last week we walked to the University City Public Library to watch storytellers perform in the Storytelling Festival.
