Winter Books/Lollipop Party
On Friday, room 109 poured over books about snow, winter, and winter holidays. While sharing and discovering the books, we enjoyed a tasty treat.
Cookie Decorating
On Friday, Flynn Park earned a cookie decorating party as part of a PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) celebration. Room 109 used colored icings, sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M & Ms to decorate their cookies.

Compliments to the Writer
Today we concentrated on what we do well as writers. Room 109 broke up into pairs to read each other's opinion pieces. The task was to find three compliments to give each other about what they had done well as a writer.
